I’m so sick of ‘house of the I don’t know how to control my dragon.’ Targaryens are known, for this. Even nettles w sheepstealer… there’s never a whoopsie it won’t listen to bonded rider in Westeros history. In fact, some dragons obey without even needing a command!!! Ridiculous

I just can’t watch the show anymore, the book is a true masterpiece, the show completely changes things that are so important! And the worse for me is when people who LOVE the books can justify the shows changes. Could have been a true masterpiece like the book but they took ideas and wrote a show with small nods and nudges to the book.

I don’t understand why they would change the Aegon and viserys storyline, that has big implications for going forward, aegon literally becomes miserable because of abandoning his brother, and if viserys is still there then you’re literally changing the entire arc of a future king 😂

Comparing this to AKOTSK is just hilarious because despite the insane spectacle, HOTD is so much worse cause they just ignored George, whereas AKOTSK was basically a shot for shot copy of The Hedge Knight and easily the best show of the year and possibly the best GOT related product since like GOT season 4
