Ha. I have a RTFM directive (not a skill yet but may take a look) doing similar as also was driving me crazy the agents were giving feedback/plans that didn’t align to either the real world (a guess) or the latest version documentation. Not only has it greatly improved quality and reduced churn; also is hilarious at times seeing it thinking or commenting “… and i made sure to RTFM as …” or however it chooses to note it checked latest materials. Good stuff
