My son asked for a snack plate every day after school - he demolishes it every day! His main dinner is then a little smaller before bed but we’re happy with that as he eats way better his way?

My almost 3yo is currently going through a ‘I won’t eat anything I used to like’ phase. The last heatwave we had seemingly triggered it. Picky bits and beige food has been the only thing he’ll eat.

That looks delicious! And great explanation why we can lose our appetite when it’s hot ☺️However as a breastfeeding mum to a 5 month old, I am absolutely starvinngggg aswell as soo thirsty today 😂 want to graze on anything I can get my hands on-😂

My children have chicken nuggets, half a buttered roll and some cucumber, pepper sticks and sweetcorn. They’re 3 and 4. I always panic when I give them meals like this as it isn’t a traditional dinner but quite frankly I’m not in the mood to cook😂 it’s far too hot!

For my one year old I’ve been prepping tonight ready for the next two days, pasta salads, chicken, boiled eggs, even prepping the fruits and over night oats. Plus lots of lolly’s and tubes in the freezer 🙌not cooking at all
