I dont know about Ps4 limits, I played Tomb Raider games all 3 of them from a bundle, and im telling you with 32Gb Ram, Rtx 4060, Intel i5 i was getting 20 FPS in Shadow of the Tomb raider when i was in Paititi 😭🥀

It doesn't work this way, everything matters , soc is so much faster than in pc , the code and performance made specifically for the components of the ps4. you can't compare the numbers this way.
