I have Adenomyosis and really struggling with rashes and now really bad mouth and tongue swelling. How do I get diagnosed for MCAS? My GP didn’t have a clue about the link with histamine and wasn’t helpful at all and told me to wash with antibacterial mouth wash which made it even worse

I have fibromyalgia, endometriosis, osteoporosis, psoriatic arthritis. Recently suffered what I thought was a hayfever flare up, worse than normal. Itchy swollen eyes(usually just itchy eyes) plus this time hives, which I never had before. Usually I take an antihistamine, it clears the itchy eyes for a few mths. This time I’m having to take them daily, and not helping.

are you able to speak on histamine and estrogen signaling cycle? as someone who has endometriosis heds fibromyalgia pmos adenomyosis catamential epilepsy and iih, I have been focusing on this relationship between the increase in mast cells an endometriosis cell creates and its self feuling estrogen +/- histamine loop that the cells go through. Endometriosis does not equal mcas, but it can

I had a really bad flare with months of facial swelling that burned cracked and peeled about 3 years into menopause. it took 18 mo's and huge doses of IV steroids to stop it.
