I understand he killed a cop but was it really necessary for 15 cops to unload on a man with a handgun 15 rounds in his gun?? He shot the cop (1) fired (2) while he was stopping meaning if he had a full clip he had maybe 15 rounds left and I just watched 79 rounds get fired at him
