im pretty sure thats all you need is the basics, me personally I would switch the workouts to shock muscles because you can do harder tricep workouts, ( different) and same with biceps, also try going from 60 lb barbells to failure, do 50 next immediately after, straight to the 40s, right to the 30s, and blast the 20s, might feel a pump, and repeat if you can
