U can be argumentative...my grilled shrimp was clearly burnt when delivered & u told me "I doubt that" I sent it back with the driver for u to see. The replacement u redelivered was 100% better. Sometimes the customer is right.

It's so sad to see people threaten businesses or try to damage someone's reputation just because they didn't get what they wanted. With social media, it's so easy for someone to post negative things without telling the whole story.
