I have a theory about a scrapped character, (aka the smiling Woman made by Ryxn) might be the next Shiki of the book’s second chapter due to its heavily human look as well as it not making its appearance in the first chapter.

In my opinion I feel like he became a shiki From Mika’s death as he could of experienced grief as rage and using Akari as example so much rage can lead u to Netamo and mutate so after being taken he could of mutated then from grief / anger And was near Netamo at that time which links to the bottom point on closer to Netamo the more powerful and like in the vid said the most powerful is shiki which leads to this vids point on it taking a humanoid appearance:3

i feel like we didnt actually contact IJO and from the moment we were brought in to the hospital we were already in netamo’s world. and as for hideo — a shiki is possible because a closer a subject to netamo is the more hostile and faster evolution they are so i feel like hideo is somewhat a worshipper to netamo (like senzai to enzukai)
