There is a big difference between just looking into a vehicle and someone that's clearly taking a video while looking around and then also looking into the cars as well. Also the cop said it looks like he is trying to break into the vehicle to steal a weapon. Why would a weapon be left unattended inside a police vehicle? That would be very unprofessional in my opinion it should be on the person at all times or kept in a safe. They are reaching for any means that suite their own agenda which disregards the rights of the people. They need to know what they are allowed to do and how they are supposed to go about what they are allowed to do. Training is the issue and just complete disregard for the actual law... its like the hiring system is not at the standard it should be.
