@justin_agustin: These are moments I captured over the past five years that I wanted to share with you again. My grandma is now 103 years old. She doesn't move as much as she used to, and that's okay. These days, her victories look different. Walking to the kitchen, making her way to the bathroom by herself, and getting out of her chair are all moments we celebrate. Whenever she needs help, my parents and her caregivers are always close by. One thing that has never changed is her belief in moving every day. Long before I became a fitness coach, she was the one reminding me to go for a daily walk, fix my posture and take care of my health. I'm still the student when it comes to my grandma. A lot of what I teach about gentle movement, consistency, and kindness toward yourself has roots in the way she lives her life! #seniorfitness #mobility #longevity
