I went to rehab (talks every second week, not 24/7), and one day I was like "wait I havent had alcohol for a little over a week, lets see how long i can do that for". Almost 6,5 years later, and im still sober 🥳

I’m really happy to see sobriety becoming a growing trend. It’s important to remember that there is no completely safe dose of alcohol, even a single glass of wine can have negative effects on our bodies. Choosing a sober lifestyle is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. The improvement in my quality of life, well-being, and overall comfort has been incredible. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
