Few years ago I had ongoing issues with evri (I think just before the rebrand), to the point of managing to escalate it to some boss, who personally called me, listened to me waffle for few min straight, apologised and promised to sort it out. I don’t know what he did or who he shout at, but it worked, never had an issue again 😂

I got that pack also!!!!!! I got shades lychee and cove, But also the skin tint and a lip sculpt in rosewood! But I’m in Aus so long wait for then to arrive

I’m having the same issue with a delivery from cult beauty using Evri. Also under investigation! But the delivery man left the parcel outside my gate on the street!

I absolutely love this collection tbh, they work really well for me and I think they look beautiful on. Recently received the setting mist and I do feel like it helped to keep my make up on longer than usual. Can't wait to see the try on!

Next time - get it deliver to their pick up / drop off point instead of neighbours. Is normaly local shop . This way thy can not mes you about and you pick up at your convenience

I work in a university mailroom with hundreds of parcels incoming so I can confidently rate delivery companies because I deal with them every day. Evri is 100% the worst. We rarely have the same driver for longer than 2 weeks. Royal Mail is very poor if it's arriving later in the day because that's agency hires and clueless. UPS 👍 DPD 👍 Yodel - budget and patchy

I had three parcels that recently went missing with Everi, two Vinted ones (one selling and one buying) and one from Sephora which was next day delivery to a locker! thankfully after five days and maybe because it was a locker and they could see that it was never delivered I had a replacement. Haven't had issues so far with any other companies so far!
