Am I the only one who found The Unbreakable Mind by Victor Kane and finally stopped hating myself for falling apart? I spent years thinking I was weak. This book showed me I was just human.

Nobody really talks about how heavy it feels to wake up every day and pretend you’re fine when you’re not. The Unbreakable Mind by Victor Kane didn’t make the heaviness disappear, but it made it easier to carry.

I stumbled across The Unbreakable Mind by Victor Kane when I was in the deepest and longest depression of my life. I didn’t think anything could reach me anymore. But this book did. It didn’t make the pain disappear, but it made me feel like I was still worth saving. Even after everything.

If you’re at a point where you don’t even know who you are anymore… The Unbreakable Mind by Victor Kane might be the first book that doesn’t try to fix you. It just sits with you in the pain. And for me, that was enough to stop feeling so alone with it.
