The spicy shredded cabbage condiment (piklize) is eaten with all fried food. Try it together in the same bite, not separate. If you go again, get a fritay platter with accra, marinade, and lam veritab. Here is a list of must try dishes: whole fried red snapper (pwason fro) , conch in sauce (lambi), fried goat (tasso cabrit), black mushroom rice (diri djondjon) beef and vegetable etoufee (legim) with black bean sauce (sos pwa nwa)
