Don’t pour espresso in directly over ice! It’s called shocking, and it turns the drink more acidic if I’m not mistaken

Not judgment… but you probably have too much water going through or going through for too long. The ideal extraction time is 25-30 seconds with a yield of about 1.5-2oz. Granted it can be tough to dial in on these machines. But looks like you ended up having half espresso, half milk. Should be mostly milk. AI is a helpful tool in terms of telling a good start point for your grind size and weight and then you can adjust from there. This is just the beginning. There’s whole big espresso world.
