@toosa_got_it: 3/4 because the biceps femoris LH is biarticlar whereas SH is not. Lengthened/shortened is sort of an afterthought imo, and I’m not sure why it’s brought up with hamstrings specifically so often. We should be basing our training off the biasing/disadvantaging of the various hamstrings rather than resistance profiles. #legs #gym #sciencebasedlifting #fitnessmotivation #gymadvice
