40 minutes if you’re thin and fit. To my non-athletic friends, like me, take your time, at least an hour. To my claustrophobic friends, there’s a flight of stairs, then immediately go into a stuffy dark tunnel. Beautiful views at the top! Don’t rush it friends, enjoy it.
