Social media has been proven to be detrimental to children. It not only affects their mental health but it also affects their social lives in more negative ways than positive. I recently asked my 15yr old nephew if kids were dancing to music at a house party he attended. He told me that kids were afraid to act silly and express themselves for the fear someone might record them and post it online. Let's think about this for a second and ask yourself if this is ok for a child to worry about.
