Do u just alternate bum cheeks lol im on day 7 and have found it stings a little more now than when I first started and I alternate each side and im only on 1mg atm. Also do u only do upper glute towards the outer edge or do u did it anywhere in the glute?

I transfer it in to the bacwater bottle 🤣 and I use 9ml. Take 2mg and never had a sting
