Honestly I need my 2 hours in the gym because it’s cathartic for me. It’s my safe space. Spending that time just me and the weights keeps me sane.

I do all that in 30 minutes some days, I just do 1 set of 30 and move on, none of this waiting 3 minutes between set bullshit, getter done 😁
