Non bias, fact based, and you make it clear this is an opinion THAT CAN CHANGE when new information becomes available. In my opinion, we will see bigger drops by the end of the year if the straight remains closed. Reserves are gone in the next few weeks. Inflation may spike heavily, mortgage rates and cost of living may price out the remaining buyer pool heavily, and we might see more significant price reductions. Let’s hope we can finally see some rationale from this administration and get this crap with Iran finished.
