Dial soap is all I’ve ever used. My parents bought it, I still buy it. I bathe twice a day. I’m a nurse with 3 daughters. They all use it. No bv, no yeast, soft skin, we smell great lol. Do what works for you ♥️

The hygiene olympics are so annoying. People so wrongly and loudly declare others to be unclean because they think they’re morally superior. Someone called me out for not washing raw chicken. I literally posted the scientific literature that details why there are no significant pros, only cons, to washing chicken but they’re set in their ways.

Health care worker here! The act of scrubbing/lathering with a soap or cleanser is enough to get you clean and remove bacteria. It's not necessarily the soap itself. Antibacterial soaps help prevent and kill bacteria but it also kills good bacteria which is not ideal for frequent use unless you work in environments that require it.

I just saw her skincare routine and she used antibacterial soap, panoxyl, AND a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol on her face back to back!!!

I feel like antibacterial soap is like a clarifying shampoo. I wouldn’t wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo everyday bc it would dry it out so why would I do that to my body?

When people say a dove beauty bar isn’t soap so it won’t get you clean and it’s only moisturizing. It actually drives me crazy just because it doesn’t technically have soap ingredients doesn’t mean it’s not a different type of cleansing bar. Like I use antibacterial soap on my feet because I teach hot yoga and I run a risk of picking up warts and things like that, but I would never daily use antibacterial on my whole body. Like I promise you there’s tons of people that straight up just rinse with water out there.😭😭😭 Like a dove bar will get the job done
