@joesephbeckmann: Vx and Vy. This is why Vy gets you to altitude quicker than Vx even though Vy has a lower angle of attack. So although Vx is at a higher AOA, the increased induce drag and slower airspeed causes to reach altitude slower than Vy? So vx is more efficient when in need to clear obstacle while Vy is more effiecient over time
