It would be nice but there's a few issues that make it unlikely; 1. Pyrois being free and still has mindscapes being drip fed every patch 2. If we go based off of timing, the free limited characters are usually given out during the winter breaks; Harumasa was winter 2024 & Zhao was winter 2025. Thus we can assume we might get one in Winter 2026 at the end of the year but not now 3. By having limited characters added to the shop last VH patch (Burnice, Jane, Qingyi), we can assume that everyone's getting some blue tickets for free this anni + an update to the lineup would be nice. That would be their way of giving us a "free" limited character even if theyre old

sigrid won’t be free. for the next patch with remielle, since it’s also the anniversary, it’s likely they’re going to give us a free s rank of choice between the characters in the shop (3 of which are anomaly) because anomaly is the current meta. the free character usually pairs with the void hunter so a free choice of an anomaly character sounds likely
