They’re also great for identifying and correcting strength imbalances between sides. 👉 How to do it: • Stand on one leg holding a dumbbell or kettlebell • Keep a slight bend in your standing knee • Brace your core and hinge at the hips • Lower the weight towards the floor while keeping your back flat • Drive through your heel to return to the starting position 🔥 Try: 3 sets × 10 reps each leg Want more of a challenge? • Increase the weight each set OR • Take your final set to failure for a serious glute and hamstring burn If stronger glutes, better balance, and improved lower-body strength are your goal, don’t overlook the single-leg RDL Save this one for your next leg day🤭✨#creatorsearchinsights
