For me light sensitivity and loud noises are my biggest issues, I’m having to take a break from my headphones because my eczema has gone into my ears which is frustrating, but also whenever I sit downstairs my mom insists on having the overhead light on which is the quickest way to overstimulate me, and I get that I could just go to my room but sometimes I like to sit downstairs, so thank you for recommending this I’m going to see if I can find some
