مناشدة لإظهار الحقيقة واستكمال إجراءات التقاضي 💔 حادث مفرق سانب – محافظة رجال ألمع تاريخ الحادث:- 26/06/2024 🕘 وقت وقوع الحادث:- 9:30:37 مساءً إلى مقام سيدي خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، وإلى سمو ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز حفظهما الله، وإلى كل من يؤمن بأن العدالة أساس الحكم وسيادة القانون. قال رسول الله ﷺ: «اذهبوا إلى الحبشة، فإن بها ملكًا لا يُظلم عنده أحد»، ونحن على يقين تام بعدل قيادتكم الرشيدة، وثقتنا كبيرة بأن كل من يلتمس الحق في هذه البلاد يجد العدالة والإنصاف وفق أحكام الشريعة والأنظمة المرعية. نسأل الله الرحمة والمغفرة لشهدائنا: 1. الطاهر عبد الرحمن. 2. الطفلة أسرار حسن محمد العطا. 3. الطفل عبد الرحمن أحمد عبد الرحمن محمد العطا. 4. الطفلة أبرار حسن محمد العطا. إن هذه المناشدة لا تهدف إلى توجيه اتهام لأي شخص أو جهة، ولا إلى التأثير على سير العدالة، وإنما نلتمس استكمال التحقيق ومراجعة جميع الأدلة والوقائع، وفق ما لدينا من مستندات وما نعتقد أنه يستحق التحقق النظامي. وبحسب ما لدينا من مستندات ووثائق، فإننا نلتمس النظر في الآتي: 1. عند مباشرة الحادث نُسبت إلينا نسبة الخطأ (100%)، ثم بعد نحو شهر حصلنا على مقطع فيديو نرى أنه يبين أن الطرف الآخر كان يسير بعكس اتجاه السير، وعلى إثر ذلك تم تعديل نسبة الخطأ إلى (25%) علينا و(75%) على الطرف الآخر. ومع ذلك، وبحسب ما نعلم، لم تستكمل الإجراءات القضائية بحق الطرف الآخر حتى تاريخه، وهو ما نلتمس التحقق من أسبابه نظامًا. 2. تقدمنا بطلبات لفتح تسجيلات الكاميرات الرسمية (ساهر، والحزام، والجوال)، لما قد تتضمنه من أدلة تساعد في التحقق من الوقائع وهوية قائد المركبة وقت الحادث، إلا أننا – بحسب ما لدينا – لم نتلقّاستجابة لهذه الطلبات، ونلتمس إعادة النظر فيها . 3. نلتمس سماع شهادة الشاهد الذي أفاد بأنه قام بإخراج قائد المركبة من السيارة عقب الحادث، لما قد يكون لشهادته من أثر في استجلاء الحقيقة، وذلك دون الجزم بمضمون شهادته قبل سماعها رسميًا. 4. نلتمس مراجعة كروكي الحادث والتقرير المروري ومقارنتهما بالآثار الفنية للتصادم وبقية الأدلة، للتحقق من مدى توافقها مع الوقائع. 5. بحسب ما لدينا من مستندات، رُفعت أكثر من هوية للطرف الآخر في ملف القضية، ولم تُصحح البيانات إلا بعد الحصول على البيانات الصحيحة عبر السفارة السودانية، ونلتمس التحقق من أثر ذلك على سير الإجراءات منذ بداية القضية. 6. صدر حكم بحقنا، بينما لم تصدر – بحسب ما نعلم – أحكام بحق الطرف الآخر حتى تاريخه، رغم تصحيح

Deep in the bush on my Native Land @Claire Ridgway- Herr, surrounded by hundreds of acres, we found a bald eagle trapped in a tree—and he was still alive. My girlfriend, @whatclairedoin, and I were walking through Wahta Mohawk Territory toward the area where I plan to build a cabin when we found him wedged between three trees. He wasn’t moving or making a sound. The way he was suspended felt eerie, yet somehow beautiful. At first, we couldn’t tell whether he was alive. Then I noticed his eye looking directly at me. I stepped closer, and he flinched. He was alive. We came up with a plan and managed to free him. Four women from Wahta then came across the water by boat and helped get him to Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, where he is receiving professional care. When they arrived, one of the women looked at me and pointed out that I was wearing a hat with a bald eagle on it. Apparently, I had dressed for the rescue without even knowing it. 😂🦅 We still don’t know how he ended up there. It appeared that he had fallen straight down from above, possibly after an encounter with another eagle. My dad passed away when I was 14. He had a vision for this property, and now I’m finally trying to carry that vision forward by building a cabin on the land. For many Indigenous people, the eagle is sacred and understood as a messenger to the Creator. An eagle encounter can also be a sign that you’re walking the right path. We found him literally on the small path I had cut toward the future cabin site. Out of hundreds of acres, he was right there—on the path connected to my dad’s vision. To me, the message was unmistakable: You’re on the right path. Keep going. Care for this land. Carry my dad’s vision forward. If he makes a full recovery, he will be released back in the area where he was found. Thank you to the four women from Wahta and everyone at Aspen Valley caring for him.
