@yourattorneyarman: 🚛 TRUCK OF DEATH? One Mistake. Dozens of Lives Changed. This crash left 1 dead, 30 injured, and at least 10 people hospitalized. The question is: who should really be held accountable? This won’t stop until multiple parties are forced to answer for the role they play in these crashes. Drivers are only one piece of the puzzle. Brokers, shippers, dispatchers, carriers, and receivers can all contribute to a system that pushes safety to the breaking point. If brokers properly vetted carriers, reviewed safety scores, and stopped awarding loads to unsafe companies, many of these tragedies could be prevented before they ever happen. What’s your take: Is the driver solely responsible, or should the entire chain be held accountable? #TruckAccident #LawyerReaction #BreakingNews #TruckingIndustry #JusticeForVictims ⚠️ Legal Disclaimer: This video is for commentary and educational purposes only. We have MANDATORY 6TH DAYS that are placed throughout the year. Your scheduled 6TH day is THURSDAY. You must come in for your 6th day as your attendance will still be affected if you don't and will be marked as a "NO CALL NO SHOW".

people instantly assume the driver was distracted or fell asleep and solely put the blame on the truck driver. There are several things that wouldn’t have caused this, maybe a medical emergency, a four wheeler(car) cut them off and the driver over corrected or a tire blow out. You have no way of knowing if and or when a tire will blow. Truck drivers have so much that they have to keep an eye on while driving and if that trailer was loaded it doesn’t stop on a dime like a car. If it’s the dispatcher, shippers and receiver should be liable then you should be liable too because truck drivers are MOVING the good to the stores that you and everyone else buys so stop shopping then

As a CREngland daycab driver myself, we have set mandatory 6 days through the year. They will run us our 70 hours through the week after completing our 14 hours we have to return back to work exactly 10 hours after our shift was over if not we will be considered late or no call no show. I’m use to it so it isn’t a problem for me but other drivers can’t handle it

not a blowout steer like people are saying. They didn't even bother trying to brake. only after he hit the guard rail is when they did.
