Big facts. Everyone tells beginners to trade the NY session because of the volume, but the volatility just wipes them out before they can even learn. Slower sessions let you actually practice risk management. Super helpful video bro! 💯

Ok I agree that Asia can be better because it gives you time to think about your setup and why you took the trade. But at the same time it can be negative because it can take so long that you can become impatient and your emotions kick in and you just start gambling. While on NY your setup forms faster so u have no time to gamble if the trade hits it hits if it hits sl u get off it was a quick session while Asia woulda been like a 3 hour session just to hit SL. Anyway that’s my view of it

i personally agree depending on the type of trader you are, if your looking for short 5 min trades then NY but long trades i say asia for sure. a lot of factors that play into it but that’s my personal view on it.
