I always forget about how easy and amazing these are to cook with! #veganmealprep #vegetarian #plantbased #vegan #soycurls  RECIPE Soy curls:  8 oz soy curls 1/2 tsp oil 2 Tbs taco seasoning  1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika  1/2 tsp onion powder  1/2 tsp salt (reduce if your taco seasoning has salt) 1/4 tsp oregano  1/4 tsp black pepper  Chickpeas: 1 can chickpeas  1/2 tsp oil  1/2 tsp smoked paprika  1/2 tsp garlic powder  1/4 tsp onion powder  1/4 tsp cumin  Salt and black pepper to taste  Lime Tangy dressing  1 cup vegan plain yogurt  1 cup cilantro 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder Juice of 2 limes 1 teaspoon agave  1/4 tsp salt  Full recipe: 1. Empty one 8oz bag of soy curls into a large bowl and fill with water until soy curls are covered. Soak for 10 minutes  2. After soy curls are done soaking- drain them squeeze out excess moisture- you want them to be wet still but not soaked! A few light squeezes will do.  3. Add them to a bowl and add or spray oil (I use one spritz of avocado spray oil). Add seasonings, toss, and add to a parchment lined pan.  4. Drain and rinse chickpeas and add to a bowl, spray or drizzle with oil, and add all seasonings. Add to another pan.  5. Bake both pans at 425 for 20 minutes, until soy curls have a golden brown edge and chickpeas get a little crispy.  6. Add to a bowl of greens and veggies. To make the dressing add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend. Drizzle over salad.
