Vasodilation makes my skin sensitive, so niacinamide can cause irritation… but my skin overall doesn’t even react if I use glycolic acid and top it with a retinoid 😂

I’m sensitive to Niacinamide even with a very simple skincare routine with zero actives. I don’t know why they put it in literally everything these days it’s so hard to avoid when it seems to be irritating to a lot of people. It’s in literally cleaners and SPFs 😭😭😭

Used to really hate niacinamide anything, I used to always have an awful reaction to it. Once I changed my skincare routine, and kept it really simple; I stopped having reactions to it. My skin actually looks a lot better with it in my skincare routine, now it’s actually in my daily cleanser 🙇🏻♀️
