I was in a car crash, a car hit mine, I had very bad whip lash, had physio and dry needling on the NHS, very painful BUT after 4months of treatment, back to normal! It works wonders!

Do u do anything else for the patient following dry needling. As to my knowledge it’s great for short term relief but is best paired with movement or exercise following it as it can allow pain free strengthening which can help for that long term treatment. Without the strengthening or movement you are creating a dependency that the patient must come back to get that relief
