I do this too! 😩 I make seasoned potatoes, fries, beans, rice, salsa, soups and more from scratch, then freeze them. Yeah, it can be a lot of work, but I love knowing exactly what’s going into my food and avoiding ingredients I personally choose not to eat. 😊
