the sleepiness comes.

What Satan fears most is when you truly begin to draw near to God.
Because he knows that a person who prays often,
a person whose heart is filled with the Word of God,
will break free from his control.

So the real question is not only,
“Why do I get sleepy when I pray?”
The real question is:
are you willing to start changing this condition?
The Lord Jesus said:
“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation:
the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Matthew 26:41 KJV

Do not wait until you are half asleep at night to pray.
Pray when your mind is clear.
Pray when your heart is under pressure.
Pray when you are being tempted.
Because prayer draws you closer to God.
It makes you stronger when facing temptation.
It fills you with peace and faith.
And it helps you see more clearly how to follow God.

That is why every time you want to pray,
obstacles may come:
tiredness,
distraction,
confused thoughts.
From a human point of view,
it may seem normal.
But from a spiritual point of view,
this is a battle.

Prayer is an unseen battlefield.
Satan will do everything he can to stop you from praying.
Give God time every day.
Fill your heart with God’s Word.
Listen more to messages about the truth.
Let the Word of God fill your heart little by little.
When your heart is filled with God’s Word,
Satan will not be able to disturb you so easily.
The true overcomers are not people who never become weak.
They are people who, even in weakness,
are still willing to return to God.

So do not be discouraged.
Starting today,
give some of your clearest time to God too.
Because the closer you draw to God,
the harder it is for darkness to hold you.
