tell you the truth all hair sold on tiktok has it's ups and downs utilize the 30 day money back policy plus I talk to the company as well to let them know the problems so far no issues with them they do try and fix that's my experience!

I only really shop with oq however…there are things that you need to know..like I never wash the hair unless I’m about to get a new unit..curly ones..unfortunately dont last long unless you hardly wear it… sorry that happened
