Even though it’s 1600 CAD, around the same for an iPhone, which is a huge price, I think the main issue for me is that it only works for Steam like the controller. Steam is like Netflix; you spend most of your time looking for something, then doing something, and not all games support controllers, so that just halves my library. Even if you can use a mouse and keyboard, you’re still only limited to the Steam library, so it’s not really that good of a “computer.”

I have a preexisting PC, That will be a way better option for under $550. A CPU and GPU upgrade only. It already has 2.5TB of nvme storage, 6TB on a spinning drive, 32gb of Ram. A $70 CPU, and a $419 GPU. A last gen Ryzen CPU, and a RX9060xt 16gb. Install Steam OS, and Steam PC.
