@kylescaffeination: Replying to @Kelvin Here’s my cold foam recipe! This is the batch I make for our coffee shop but I would recommend making half the amount for at home and frothing as you need it. You can store the vanilla sweet cream in the fridge for 5 days. Cold Foam Recipe (half batch) 1. Mix 250ml heavy cream, 125ml whole milk, and 100g vanilla syrup in a jug/bowl to create sweet cream 2. Portion out 80-100g of sweet cream into a pitcher 3. Use a hand frother to froth until smooth (40s-1min)
