Yesss people need to do this! As a Social Media Manager it's so hard to find good commercial music. It's all so corny and never fits with the tone of the brand. There is SO much opportunity for real artists putting their music on there!

This is sooo interesting. My account is labeled as a brand or creator (forget which) so my music options are limited in terms of mainstream music . I never thought about the benefit to indie artists who leverage the commercial side of TikTok’s music tool. I teach music biz to students at nyu, and a few of my students tend to be artists.
