I started taking Prozac in 2023 and it has worked beautifully for my anxiety, but I still struggle with depression. My Doctor added Wellbutrin this week. Hoping it helps.

I’ve taken just about every antidepressant there is and have now been on fluoxetine for about 2 years and it’s been the best one I’ve ever had.

I've been on Fluoxetine for 6 months for GAD. I definitely got some activating side effects in the first 3 weeks, but then everything went back to normal. Also I got no sexual side effects or weight gain.
