Okay if you DO NOT want to give up goblet squats, DO SUIT CASE SQUATSSSS they target the exact same thing and you don’t hold the dumbbell in front of you you hold a dumbbell and both of your hands and put your arms to the side of you and it allows you to up your weight without your balance being off because of the dumbbell in front of you!!!!

I just do the seated leg raise thingy and that’s honestly all you need if anyone likes simplicity just make sure you’re doing at least 3x8 pushing hard

I would put leg extension first js bc it hits all the heads of the quad which a squat pattern wouldn’t
