The main reason could be genetics because we do the same routine with all of our lambs and some of them have really good shag and some don’t so it could just be genetics

I wouldnt be washing or blowing every other day. I kept a routine of Sunday wash with shampoo and condition. Wednesday only rinse with cold water same on Fridays. I didnt use wraps on my lambs but thats totally up to you. And Cowboy magic shampoo and conditioner has always been my go to and the GROW spray. But you have to remember that it does not matter what products you use, it all starts with genetics!

It could be mites or he could just be eating and picking at them. Mine did the same thing. After washing well and drying put a leave in conditioner specifically for curly hair and wrap them well. you can also try to use the grow n shine melatonin formula if you haven’t already.

This exact thing kept happening to me with my lamb and it could be because product is not getting rinsed completely, it could not be getting dried completely before the wraps are put on, or the wraps are left on to long.

don’t wash with shampoo every day. just rinse, condition, and spray with shag spray. save a full wash for one day of the week and re-wrap every two days

Wash once a week if it’s cold out you don’t gotta change as often and make sure it is completely dry not damp or wet at all, also make sure the wraps aren’t too tight
