@imnotalawyerbut: June 22, 2026 - during the formal sentencing hearing for the 4 defendants convicted of killing rapper Julio Foolio (real name Charles Jones), Judge Michelle Sisco commented on Jones disrespecting the grave sites of Davion and Rashad Murphy’s cousin who was killed years prior. Sisco said “you don’t deserve to be killed for that but you just increased your odds that it was going to happen and that’s the truth” All 4 of the men (Sean Gathright, Isaiah Chance, Davion Murphy and Rashad Murphy) were sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
