You are so right my phone is really the problem,it makes me overthink, it makes me view past peoples profiles who God has removed from my life,it makes me insecure,it makes me feel like I’m missing out, it makes me want more, I am truly addicted but idk what else to do, I’m mostly alone, don’t have much friends, I don’t talk much, I am a loner most days, idk how to talk and what else to do to keep me entertained
