People stop letting these so called doctors tell you that you need statins. In March I was told I needed statins and couldn’t lower my cholesterol without them because it was so high. I lowered my Total Cholesterol and Triglycerides 100 points in 3 months. I also lowered my LDL 75 points. All from diet, exercise and natural vitamins.
