Just wild that you have to take a 45 min break after 4 hrs. as a trucker here in the USA that's not a long time. we are now mandated to take a 30 min before reaching the 8 hr of driving and that's annoying to me. and our day is 11 drive/14hr work. so the basics is start at 6am have to be done by 8pm if your 11 hr drive hasn't been used
