@visual.healthlab: How do you know if your L4-L5 or L5-S1 nerve is compressed? The signs are often missed until the pain starts affecting everyday activities. Lower back pain, sciatica, leg pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, and difficulty walking can all be linked to nerve compression in the lower spine. In this video, we cover 5 warning signs of L4-L5 and L5-S1 nerve compression that many people overlook. Watch until the end to see how many symptoms you recognize. Have you ever been diagnosed with a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, or nerve compression? Let us know in the comments. #L4L5 #L5S1 #Sciatica #BackPain #nervecompression

In 2015 I had a spinal fusion of L5S1 , I had an mri a few months ago and i now have arthritis, severe spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and a bulge at L4-L5 that is squashing the nerves and the last couple of days i can't even begin to explain the pain that am in ! My left leg omg ! It hurts to stand , walk , go up stairs , and even when i sit ! It goes from my butt down the back and side of my leg !! The mornings r the worst ! I dread waking up and having to get out of bed because once my foot hits the floor the pain is excruciating! There has to be more to life then constantly being in pain !!
