@wholesomechicknutrition: SOOOO good 🤌🏻 Tweaked the recipe a touch using what I had, but original is from @Violet Witchel 🫶🏻 Ingredients: 1 can cannellini beans 1 can chickpeas Deli turkey, chopped (~1/2 lb) Parm cheddar cheese, cubed (but pretty much any cheese works IMO) 1/2 shallot, finely diced 1/2 cup green olives, chopped A few tbs of fresh parsley, chopped Vinaigrette (1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tbs Dijon, crushed red pepper + salt) Enjoy !!!! #nutritiontips #healthylunch #highfiber #womenshealth #dietitian

Violet’s ‘dense bean salads’ are on constant rotation for my lunches. I swap out deli meat for my own homemade proteins though due to high blood pressure and sodium content. Delish!
