@joexfitness: ⇩ Full Recipe 🥩 ⇩ Macros per serving (3 spring rolls): Protein: 20g Carbs: 36g Fat: 3g Calories: 258 Ingredients per 2 servings or 6 spring rolls (1 serving = 3 spring rolls): Rice paper filling: - 6 sheets rice paper - 6 leaves of green leaf lettuce - 1.5 cup kimchi - 1 persian cucumber Bulgogi: - 1/2 yellow onion - 5oz thinly sliced eye of round beef (shabushabu) - 2 tsp honey - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1.5 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp sesame seeds - 1/3 second spray oil How to make it yourself: 1. Thinly slice your yellow onions and cucumbers 2. In a bowl, mix together your yellow onion, beef, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame seeds and set aside for 30 min to 2 hours in the fridge 3. On a pan on medium heat coated with spray oil, add your marinated beef and satué until cooked through 4. Wet a piece of rice paper and shake off any excess water 5. On your wet piece of rice paper, stack a green leaf lettuce, kimchi, and cucumber and roll it up into a burrito/spring roll 6. Repeat this for the remaining five sheets of rice paper. 7.
