Place in a baking dish, surround with lemon slices. 4. Roast for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy. 5. Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain. 6. Mash potatoes with butter and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet. 8. Roast broccoli in the same oven for about 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly charred. 9.
